I've been logging on Mfp now for almost three weeks and looking for friends to help keep me motivated and learn from! I haven't really been watching my diet just trying to log and prepare myself!

Well you have to start somewhere! I started 9 months ago. I'm down 46 lbs! I feel so much healthier & happier. Eating the proper foods, portions, and working out are the 3 things you need!0
