I am back, it's been a couple years. I have been on several weight loss journey's! I still enjoy working out which is a result of the last time I was on MFP! But I have gained some weight and the real truth is calories in calories out and tracking, since calories can add up FAST! I had to think about the times I was successful in weight loss and it was when I was logging into MFP!

I love quotes and one I found today was... DON'T BE AFRAID TO START OVER. IT'S YOUR CHANCE TO BUILD SOMETHING GREAT!

I took a look at my friends when I returned and saw that a bunch were gone just like I had been. So I deleted people who hadn't checked in in months and I am ready to add some inspiring friends to my list. Please friend me or send a message if you are in it to win it!! I was on top of the world with a closet full of clothes that ALL fit the last time I was here!! Time to get it back!! Let's DO THIS!

I am in the exact boat as you. I feel much more dedicated and accountable now since I am taking it slow and going easy on myself. Also, my boyfriend now checks in on my calorie logging for me (at my request)! I used to have a private account with no friends where I would log here and there, but it's so much more fun with friends... so here I am!

Love your name Ms. Positive Power! I have the same situation as you. Felt on top of the world wearing clothes from regular stores two years ago. Since then I gained it back plus some. It is slower to come off than before but is is coming off. I soooooo want to wear those clothes again and feel good. Add me as a friend if you'd like. You too Ms. Fluff

Thanks so much!!! Let's make some progress here and do this! If we focus now and remember that if Hungry isn't the problem than eating isn't the solution, we can move forward! Speaking of moving, I found when I have friends or groups here I tend to do what I say, move more burn calories! I no longer will say, I will start tomorrow, or I will just have one cookie that won't hurt...LOL I will check in here!! It keeps me on track! Thanks for getting back on the wagon with me. If we stick to it we can enjoy a better summer!!!

I would love to be friends! I have fallen off the wagon, climbed back up, fallen off again, etc. for years lol. But this time I'm 32 days in, have lost 3lbs so far, and I definitely feel like I can do this!
