hi my name is desiree and I'm looking to lose 60 pounds so more depending on how I look after the weight-loss. For my height and age I should be 150 or 160 but I have a big head and big feet and that would not look right on me. So I am looking for support and tips on losing weight I am going to be doing the Daniel fast with my church and I started doing 45 minutes workout 4 days a week and strength training the other 2 days.

I agree with Veronica, love T25 which are Shaun T workout videos by beachbody but you can find some of the workouts on YouTube also. I mix them in with my gym workouts.0
