Work out tips for a busy schedule!

    I work 14-16 a day/ 6 days a week, so I zip in time with my weighted hula hoop when dinner is cooking. On days my job gets cancelled, I'll go out for a stroll around the park.

    you gotta make time. As the father of 7 I squeeze in exercise early mornings or late evenings.

    I like to get up and have a walk before my partner wakes up. Also I try to walk during my lunch break. If all else fails, have a long walk after dinner.
  • Simple body weight exercises in your home first thing in the morning for any amount of time you can spare.
