Does anyone have a EA Active 2 online group that I can join? Today was my first day and would like to be a part of a group.

I don't have a group but use EA Sports Active 2...I am in phase 2 of the 9 week program. I started with the cardio kick start and loved it! If enough people are interested we can begin a group.

I use Wii Fit, but am kind of growing out of it. I have heard that EA Sports is a little more intense. Do you like it?

I've done the EA Active, EA Active More Workouts and now starting the EA Active 2 and I absolutely love them.

Wii fit is nothing really compared to EA sports active 2 (at least in my eyes).

yah, EA Sports Active 2 (and the first, and one called EA Sports Active more workouts - or something like that) is available for the wii (thats what I have). I like it because it has motion sensors and is trainer led, so they tell you what to do, while being able to "tell" if you are doing it right, also has a HRM and resistance band. I am impressed with it because it changes your workout every day so that it's not boring but is challenging and definitely a workout. I also have zumba for wii, but I don't use that as often because I don't know how many calories are burned, but it's also a good workout!

I just purchased this, and it kicked my rear-end!

The one complaint that I have with it is that it keeps breaking into my workout when the Wii Fit Board or the remote lose connection. Anyone else have this issue? What did you do to fix?

Arghhhhh! I wish my apartment wasn't so tiny! We don't even have room for me to use my wii fit without hurting myself! LOL

I'm so sore I can barely walk! Yes drives me crazy that it pauses in the middle of the workout because the board or remote loses connection. Other than that I will say the workouts are worth the burn. I'm still trying to figure out how I'm going to do workout 3 today with my legs hurting the way they are.

Yah I was SORE the first few days, if you started with the 3 week cardio kick start it get easier (well you get used to it). I am about half way through the 9 week program and that kicks my butt! Let me know how you like the mountain climbers (when you get there)....they are my worst enemy! As far as the board goes, I got tired of it interrupting so I just put it out and don't turn it on till I'm doing an exercise that requires it. It works fine, for the remote I just have to remember to move it periodically during the warm up and cool down (in the middle you will be using it enough to keep it active). Like in between exercises I'll pick it up and move it a little so it knows it' alive ;) Have fun!

Thanks for the tip. I had done the first 20 minutes and still had some calories that I needed to burn (i had indulged that day), so I tried doing the basketball workout -- then came the mountain climbers. AUGGH! That's when I stopped and said "tomorrow's another day!"

Hiya.. just bought the program for my xbox as I was getting fed up with the repitition of your shape fitness evolved.
just following the first 6 day thing so far. its a bit light on what I was doing but following the sequence.

Mine is on the xbox with Kinect and it also pauses indiscriminately..

Nosing on the forums it suggested I switch of voice recognition but if it is happening with the Wii version too it must be something more involved.

Still I like it so far and will prob be putting the YSFE on to trademe in the near future..

Turned off the voice activation and had an error free workout this evening. for a change my heart rate was up because of the exercise and not the frustration.. :)
