TDEE

My maths is appalling so sorry for asking this. I'm doing 5:2 so the advice is to eat to TDEE on the 5 days.
I'm 5ft 7 and weigh 14st 6 (202lb). I've worked it out at 2000 calories per day. Does that sound right as it seems like a lot?
TIA

Might as well use their TDEE calculator...
thefastdiet.co.uk/how-many-calories-on-a-non-fast-day/
2000 is often given as an average woman's daily calorie needs. So no it doesn't sound like a lot - it sounds average!
Your TDEE depends on your activity/exercise of course.
Worth joining the 5:2 groups on here if you haven't already.

Thank you. 2152 according to that. I've put myself down as lightly active as I dog walk a minimum of 3 miles a day and sometimes over 5. I will go and look for groups :-)0
