Hi
I'm thinking of buying the above two workout dvds and wanted to know if it really works or if it's just paid hype on the review sections?
has anyone done it and has it worked + any tips ??

Thanks

Oh they certainly do work! ChaLEAN Extreme helped me lose 20lbs and my friend had such awesome results from T25 she won herself $500!

Just about anything will work if you stick with it. :) I plan to get ChaLean Extreme as a weight loss reward goal when I hit either 40 or 50 lbs lost (of 100, long way to go) and am eyeing up Les Mills Combat which I should really start any day now... ;)

Anything that encourages increased activity while you maintain a calorie deficit will "work".

If you stick you it, will you lose weight? Yes. Are there other, cheaper/free ways of getting the same results? Yes. It just depends if you're willing to spend the money on it.

If you listen to anyone, it should be bubblegum...Her results are mind blowing.

    ole bubble knows her stuff..

IMO joining a gym and doing some thing like starting strength or strong lifts would be more beneficial but if that is not an option then go with the DVDs...

also, calorie deficit is all you need for weight loss...you can train seven days a week and eat in a surplus and you will not lose an inch ....

I like t-25. I started Monday. I am taking pictures every week so I can see the results and share them with others.
