Lol....sugar-free jello is like 10 calories per serving, 40 cals for the whole box. If you don't mind junk food.
Berries are a good option, too. Pickles are good.0 -
yogurt,tuna,cottage cheese,string cheese,rice cake and peanut butter0

Air-popped popcorn0

Egg whites. Only 17 calories for one large one. I am in mad passionate love with hard boiled egg whites sprinkled with some seasoned salt and smoked paprika. YUM. I'll scoop out the yolks and just eat the whites. (and yes, I know yolks are healthy. I do eat them in scrambled eggs, omelets, fritattas, etc. But I dislike the texture of hardboiled yolks. They don't go to waste though; I feed them to my elderly, slightly underweight can )
Have you ever made protein fluff? Check out this video:="https://www.youtube.com/embed/oR3Z028prSU?feature=player_embedded"
The texture is mousse like and it is RIDICULOUSLY filling. I made a bowl that was only 80 calories and was barely able to finish it (and I'm a person who eats a 1000+ calorie meal everyday). Just a warning though, if you do try this recipe, make sure its on a day where you have plenty of alone time. Protein fluff is so voluminous because it incorporates a lot of air, and that air has to go somewhere (aka it made me very gassy I was playing the *kitten* flute all day long)
I second fevrale's suggestion of airpopped popcorn. Its very voluminous so you feel like you're eating a lot with only a small portion. I like to spritz it with butter spray and then sprinkle it with powdered truvia and cinnamon.
Sugar free jello is another one. 10 calories per 1/2 serving size.0
