How long do you have to track calories before you see results???

Depends on how accurate your numbers are, how big the deficit is, and how willing your body is in cooperating. If everything is working out fine a general rule of thumb is to be aiming for 1-2lbs lost per week (if losing weight is your goal), so theoretically results should happen pretty quickly, but weight fluctuations and the like can obscure or exaggerate any real changes. Simply tracking calories by itself, and not making sure you're tracking and eating the right amount wont do anything - tracking calories is just a tool.0

Also depends how carefully you are measuring and/or entering what you're eating the calculations are only useful if they're accurate - but I saw results in the first couple of days. I also link it to my Garmin so I'm getting accurate readings and credits for my exercise/runs and not getting too hungry.0

Thanks you guys
