Love this video! Jllian Michaels is the best!
My only question is did anyone else who tried this get crazy back pains?

    I haven't tried this video yet but are you using kettlebells with it? If you are and don't pop your hips right when you swing the KB, you can injure your back. My KB trainer told me not to do this video and said it should be thrown right out b/c Jillian does not know how to swing KBs properly.

    I love her videos - but I've been training with KBs for a couple months now and it proper form is everything.

    If you're not using KB's, however, just ignore me! lol

    I waited a few days and when i did it again i tried to do better form and im almost pain free now :)
