Hi everyone. Walking is my preferred exercise but with cold nasty weather can't really get out doors to walk. What are some good indoor exercises?

Skipping is a great workout and easy to do inside. You can also set yourself up a little indoor circuit where you do a minute of 5 or so different exercises and repeat for 30 minutes or so. For example, burpees, push ups, squats, High knees, star jumps. Of course you can alter the exercises to do what suits your intended intensity level.0
