I have soooo many resolutions (I make a list every year)...but I would say my top 5 are:

1- to lose this annoying 60-80 lbs (I turn 40 in 2009 and want to start my 40's in style :))

2- I have decided to go back to school and will be enrolling in a 2 year program in the next week or so.....so my resolution is to be able to understand, keep up and excel with the program

3- save, save, save, save and save money :)......I have paid off the credit cards this year (said cards are now cut up :)) so now I want to be smart with my money and not waste it on needless things

4- eat healthier, and excersise more

5- and finally to have more fun with friends and not get so wrapped up in work etc....life is short and sometimes I forget that......

    1) Say "No" or "I'll get back to you on that", to people who want all my time and energy.
    2) To dedicate my new found time to my physical & mental well being.
    3) To separate and squash the little *me* that wants to binge and self sabotage ... from the *I* who sees the real me and all the things that I can achieve.

everything else will fall into place ... if I am in working order

I second that! What words of wisdom!

My resolution is to start the C25K plan in the spring. It is just too cold to start now & I don't have a tredmill or a gym membership. Also, to finish the hundred push up challenge by the end of February. Hmmm...I have a current goal of reading one ADULT book per month & I'll be trying to keep up on that as well. Petty stuff, but a goal is a goal!

HA! That does look bad, doesn't it? How about I clarify by saying: an adult book, i.e. something that doesn't rhyme, have wildly colored cartoon characters in it, end with "and they lived happily ever after", or have some form of chewable toy attached to it.

    OK, here goes:

    ..lose at least 20 pounds
..stick to an exercise plan - and I mean it this time..
..get my house in order - so I can actually see the floors
..spend better time with my family - not necessarily more, but quality
    ..buy myself a horse

    Thanks, Janiebeth

1.) Lose the rest of this weight. Not sure what my final goal shall be, I will see when I get close.
    2.) Save money.
3.) Build up my PTO at work!
4.) Eat 50% fruits and veggies on a "normal" day.
5.) Take new, good wedding pictures! (I was so big before I am ashamed and don't have ANY pictures up, and our photographer sucked. So when I hit my goal we're taking new pictures.)

Resurrected! How fun that these are still accessible. Anyone know any of the previous posters or care to share THIS year's resolutions?

I never really do these, but.. Just stay healthy, I guess. Over the year, I will try to get back into running even though my knee hurts.
