Hey everyone, I am new this new way of life,but am focused on what i want in my new image.But the food seem to be the hardest.
If any one has some really good meal idea's,please let me know. I am just now starting my p90x. Thank you

The meal plan that comes with P90X is pretty good, I do sort of a south beach thing. Just find the type of good carbohydrates that fill you up. I find steel cut oats to be just that.0

Hey - I'm new here too.
A good recipe I tried the other day was from the BBC Good Food site - it's an aubergine bake and 255 kcal per portion (although the portions are quite small). I added some mince to satisfy my carnivore of a boyfriend.
It was delicious!
