HI everyone,
I am here to change my body. I am not very confident of how it looks today. But that is precisely what I want to change, my way of thinking of myself. Lately, I have been celebrating each pound that I lose. Sometimes it seems that gaining it was more fun, but with terrible outcomes, that make it not work while. Therefore, I decided to take control of what I ingest and what I do to shed the body fat! I made a commitment to working out 3 times a week for my first phase. The month of June will be 4 times a week. The month of July will be 5 times a week! I am excited! I told my fiance, that one of my dreams is to be able to walk confidently in a string bikini on a Tropical Island for our honeymoon!

So far I have lost 14lbs in four weeks. The first 2 weeks, I used a Detox Supplement (Trader Joe's). (It really helps you get started on the right foot).
