Deadlift form

Went up on my deadlifts today and had some lower back pain on my 3rd set I stopped immediately. I know it has to do with my form. I am convinced it has to do with my mobility. Any suggestions on what stretches to do to improve my deadlift form. Or any suggestions at all?

Hamstrings might be a little too tight. If you aren't too confident on your deadlifts, you could always do stiffed leg deadlifts rather than the traditional form.0

I use to do deadlifts but I will tell you they are very dangerous if you are not properly focused on your form, if you use too much weight, or if you don't have the right form to begin with. You can seriously injure yourself and believe it is on of the most dangerous.
2 weeks ago on a lift I had injured my back deadlifting. I can't squat or DL now at all. Might be weeks. If you end up with an injury make you ice it for 3-4 days. Do not use heat at first. This will help reduce swelling which is usually what is going on back there.0 -
Thanks everybody. I will definitely take a video next back day and put it up0

Try single leg dead lifts with a kettle bell instead. It's the best way to do them without getting injured. Should be videos online0
