Getting discouraged

Hello
I am new to this and I have been making a go if it alone I have been my own motivation and I have been doing well, But Everytime I step on the scale the number really doesn't change much. I have completely changed my diet I even started counting calories. It's so frustrating to see the number on the scale stay the same when I'm working so hard to change it.

Hi and welcome!! How long have you been tracking? Sometimes it takes a couple of weeks for your body to sort things out. Read these two stickies to get you started.

I would give it another 2-3 weeks and if you haven't lost any weight. Start changing thing's up maybe an extra 15 min of carido. lowering carbs , more vegetables and you have to find what works for you.0

Hey I'm new to this also, but please don't get discouraged. It takes a few weeks to see the difference with your weight. Are you weighing yourself on the same scale everytime? And make sure your not weighing to much. Remember it's easy to get discouraged, but it takes a strong individual to keep pushing even when they don't see a difference within their weight.0

It will, have faith, be patient, give it some more time and put in a little more effort. Its easier than you think. Do not be discouraged, everything you've done has made a change. If you cannot see it, doesn't means there weren't any changes. Every effort makes a difference.0
