Does anyone know why Fiber is not part of the food log chart? I feel that this is important when keeping track of the kind of food we are eating

I know that manufacturers don't have to report the fiber content. That's voluntary.0

You can track fiber.... I do...0

You can change what you are tracking. I did. Aim for 25-35 G a day. Also, you can see it under report daily..on the left next to the water intake.0

Some people, like me, need to make sure they are getting enough fiber or we get constipated.0

I also changed mine to show fiber. You have a choice of the things to track on the website. On the app, it shows everything so there's no question.0

I track my fiber. On the website, you can change what you see in Settings<Diary Settings.0
