I'm back. I've gained 20 pounds since the last time I was on this program a couple of years ago. Should have never left. In for the duration - 50 pounds. Wish me luck!

  I'm hoping to lose 35-45 pounds but I get scared thinking about it like that so i'm taking it one pound at a time. Best of luck to the both of us!
