Increase muscle mass

Hey, how do I set up this app so I can have a nutrition, which will help me to increase muscle mass and to reduce my belly button. I just want to eliminate the fat I have,which it isn't that much.

    Do you know the macros that you're looking for? Do you know your TDEE or what your target intake is? If you know those things, you can go adjust your desired amounts in the settings.

    what are your current stats and bod fat %..??

    if you have a lot to lose I would suggest on cutting body fat% down to sub 15% and then bulking...

    Also, incorporate strength training so that you get some newbie gains and then preserve as much muscle mass as you can in a deficit.

    starting strength and strong lifts are great beginner programs.
