    Hey there. If you know what your calorie intake needs to be in order to lose weight, then I recommend start prepping your meals for the next day or week with a balance of proteins, fats, and carbs. For example, my ranges from 15-20% fats, 45-50% carbs, and 30-35% protein. Please keep in mind that these numbers are based on my physical numbers and the weight training I do. Weight training may not be your thing, but it wil be helpful to find workouts you enjoy doing. They are great antidepressant and helps with weight/fat loss.
