first things first. you need a profile picture.0

forget the profile picture... first you throw out all junk food and start eating health whole foods. Log everything you eat and try to keep it under your calorie goal... you need at least 1200 calories per day. Sodium will make you hold water so keep an eye on it. And go for a walk or run for 30 minutes a day. It's what worked for me in the pass and I'm doing it now to get pregnancy weight off. Hope this helps0
