Need help !!

work 12 hour rotating shifts and I always mess up logging nights. Any advice to keep on track and what best time to work out?

    Best time to work out is whenever you're most likely to go. I like working out before work because then I lose any excuse afterwards.

    How do you change your breakfast lunch and dinner snack group names?
  • My guideline is to log it before I eat it. I had the same issue of forgetting

    If you go to http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings, you can change the names of your meals. There are six spaces, so you could maybe rename them Day Shift Meal 1, Day Shift Meal 2, Day Shift Meal 3, Night Shift Meal 1, Night Shift Meal 2, Night Shift Meal 3. I find it's easier to plan out my meals ahead of time. I worked 12-hour rotating shifts many years ago and know how hard it can be. Hope that helps. Good luck!!!
