How do I get my ticker/goals to show in the bottom of my pos

When I post something I want my ticker and some goals to show up at the bottom of the post like I see on so many of your posts. I think it will be a good reminder of what my goals are and what i'm aiming to achieve. Unfortunately, I don't know how to do it. Any help?

    hi go to your profile then under your ticker click on 'add to your site' then you need to copy and paste the BBcode into your signature.

    To access your signature click the community tab then the signature option just paste your code here for your ticker to show and you can also add goals etc

    One more question...my ticker isnt showing the right weight. I started at 169.4 and right now i am 167.2 but my ticker is starting at 165? How do I get it to show the right weight. The last time I weighed in I put 167.2 so I dont know why it is making me smaller than I am?!

    To change past entries click 'my home' then 'check in' and then at the bottom left under the table click edit previous entries

    The BBcode is the code used for signatures if you just do as mentioned in my previous post all will become clear :)

    I can't get mine to paste at all. I can copy and paste the HTML but not the BB which obviously is the one I need. I have tried several times.
