Hello I am starting to take the steps to a healthier and thinner me I got on a scale for the first time in a year and weigh almost what I did when I was 9 months pregnant.
Which was 10 years ago. I'm a very busy mom who works 80 hours a week so I don't have a lot of time for fitness and what not with kids when I'm not working I am playing and spending all my free time with them.

You have to make time for yourself if you want your body back - give yourself 30 minutes a day for a nice work out and watch the results pile up instead of the pounds0
