Hi everybody,
You may have noticed that most food and recipies are based on western recipies/foods.
It will be nice to have a nutritionist tell us the number of calories in fufu, pondu, attieke, futu, tô, millet couscous, and other less popular african meals. By the way, I am from Niger and I live in Niamey.

This is a good question. Even though i live in the US, i am married to an african man so it would be nice to know if the tasty african food is unhealthy0
