I have been working very hard since 5/14 and am so frustrated!!!

  • I started around January 15 on this journey....I want to lose 15-20 pounds. I have lost 7 so far but was hoping it would go faster. This logging everything you eat really helps, but I found out you really have to exercise too. The last 2 weeks I have been at a standstill, then a couple days ago I was down 1 pound. It is very frustrating, but at least a little at a time is something. I'm going to try and exercise more. Some days though, I feel like giving up!!
