hi guys me and my feiance just started to use this app. I was just wondering if anyone had any tips on how to stick to ur calorie diet lol it's hard to maintain my goal and stay under my calories

One day at a time
That's what works for me - log everything you eat and drink and don't expect miracles the first week or two it took me that long to figure it out. I've only been doing MFP a month and I am already down 12 pounds not including the 10 I lost before MFP. Nothing is off limits - as long as you don't exceed your calorie count!
