Hi, I've been using MFP for a couple of weeks and have made some nice friends. But I'm noticing the majority of people seem to be young so wanted to reach out to those over 55 years old! Look forward to hearing from you!

    Hi Nancy! Agreed its nice to buddy with someone closer in age as well. I have 3 grandchildren and live in Green Bay, WI. I think support is crucial on this journey of weightloss. Its all about lifestyle changes which i find more difficult than i would think it should be. I am also Diabetic so this is necessary for me to increase activity as well as loose some weight.
