Hey guys! Just saw your post- I have my bachelor degree in dietetics and am one month away from becoming a Registered Dietitian. Glad to help out with questions!

I'm certified in sports nutrition and have just completed all the classes for my minor in nutrition. Our school didn't have the option for a major in nutrition so I could get the RD, but I've taken the same classes as the RD program at other colleges in our state.

HI I saw that two of you are open to questions. Do you know of any free creditable websites I could go to help me with my diet. Some of the websites I find...I'm not sure I trust to put me on the right track.
    I would really appreciate it!

I don't really trust websites at all because it is really hard to verify the credentials of the people who work on them. I'll be glad to answer any questions you have, though.

Sorry if you are being swamped with questions.....I'm 5ft2 and 100lbs but carry ALL my weight on my lower stomach only. My legs, arms, chest etc is all toned, just my lower stomach that is constantly looking like I'm bloated/pregnant...any foods I should be avoiding/eating....any help would be amazing! I have 6 weeks until my summer holiday and it's not shifting no matter how much I exercise/stick to calories!
