Way to go! I hope others see these pictures. You are a good example of why sometimes just because the scale doesn't move much doesn't mean big changes aren't happening!0

Thank u0

YAY!!!!! My scale is holding at 176/177, and hasn't moved in weeks (only at this since January so that is a drag). Just took some more photos with skin showing...hopefully I have results like yours in a few months! Weight isn't everything....way to go!0

Yup, Agreed! And you look fabulous by the way:)0 -
You look great girl. Your body is so much leaner than before. Mind me asking how you've achieved this? I'm at the skinny fat stage and want to build your kind of physique.-1

^^^ same here. I am lifting weights to not lose my muscles and i would love to hear what you are doing since it is working wonders! Congrats, i see a really big difference!0

Significant change - you look great!0

its helpful to see a lower scale loss but massive difference in tone/inches. gives me hope that whilst im eating well and the scales might not be moving quick enough, the inches may be. thank you for sharing.
you look fab by the way.0 -
great job! I love how the scale says you hardly changed, but that's blaringly inaccurate.0

Love this! Definitely a testament to what building muscle does for your body.0

@Annanna91 this past 5 months has been the beginning of my "journey", first time ever being consistent in the gym, so I'm just learning. The first few months I was going 3 times per week and really only did weight lifting. Now, this past month, I've added one or two days per week and do weightlifting 4x and maybe 20 min cardio 3x. I'm working on the diet still that's the hardest to change.
And, thank u all so much. I have felt like I haven't made much progress for five whole months, since I still don't have a ton of obvious muscle but I always just have to look at this pic to remind myself where I started.0 -
congrats!

You are definately more toned and it goes to show the scale is not the only measure of fitness.

i really needed to see that today. losing my first 10 lbs was also a slow process (but a friend i hadn't seen in a while pointed out a real difference in how i looked even when the scale wasn't moving much). i am trying to lose another 5-10 and haven't lost anything for a while, plus i feel like the visible change is less apparent and it's been discouraging. i feel a little more inspired to "keep the faith" instead of giving up. thank you!0
