No it's YOU, doing the Superman!
Actually it's you doing 100 Superman's!
Here is a great example of this core building exercise that anyone can do!

PLEASE: Do no lift your legs too high. Higher = hurt (not better burn) in this instance! Also, PLEASE, do not attempt to do these all at once. You've got till midnight
 Sets of 15-20 work best for beginners.

...I can do this.. have to wait til i get home from work though 
 ..We also lifted everything at once in martial arts... and when I teach the kids, i would actually roll left and continue flying, then roll right and continue flying....they get a kick out of it hahahah... Great abs and back work!  Love those kids                        0 -
