Hi, my name is Wendy and I'm from Sheffield in the United Kingdom. I have become quite a porker and was feeling very down. Several weeks before Christmas I decided that enough was enough so I decided on 1st Jan to become a new me.

I have been okay up until now, losing 9lb but I can tell that this week is going to be the toughest. So I thought it best to make contact on the forum for support.

    Thank you alwaysfitter... You will see that it took over a year to reply... the proverbial hit the fan mid-Feb last year and my husband left me... over the year... due to stress I lost 70lbs... but have put 15lb back on... so, recognising the danger I am back for moral support and hugs. :-)
