I need a friend I'm starting on Monday

Hi folks. I'm female living in UK. I would like to lose 2 stone ideally by July. I'm finding it hard on my own and combining work and family life too. I'm new to MFP so if anyone would like to be my friend please add me x

    It is hard to start, but once you get going, it gets easier to stick with it. My one piece of advice would be don't leave it until Monday, start today! You will find plenty of friendly help and advice on here :-)

    Welcome, Sara! You'll find great support here. Once you get used to keeping the food diary, it becomes second nature and keeps you accountable. MFP makes it easy to diary. I haven't found a single thing that's not in the food search archives yet! I'll add an invite to you.
