Staying fit while pregnant

I'm looking for anyone who is pregnant and trying to stay fit! I'm currently 25 weeks and haven't done much exercise and have already gained 21lbs. I would love to have someone to help keep me accountable and someone who's mind frame isn't 'you're pregnant you can eat whatever!' Because that's what I'm surrounded by!

  • Well I am 25 weeks as well.
    I exercise everyday & have yet to gain any weight. I love another accountability buddy! :smiley:
  • I'll be 25 weeks on monday. I haven't done much other than walk and I've gained 10 pounds so far. But I started keeping track of what I eat again this week & I'm trying to walk more and go back to the gym. I'm trying to stay under 20 pounds the whole pregnancy. Hopefully I can do it because I was kind of a jerk the first half of my pregnancy. Haha. So time to buckle down & try to keep the gain to as much of a minimum as possible!!!!

    That's a drop in the bucket, dear.

    I'm 22 weeks and have gained 23 pounds. If your doctor isn't worried about your weight gain, you shouldn't be either.
