Graphing

Is there a way to superimpose your progress weight graph with a calorie graph so you can see the daily trend side by side? I think that would be really motivating. Please offer suggestions on how to accomplish something like this!

I don't think MFP will auto-record your calorie intake or calorie burn like it does your weight. You can add a category and do it manually. You can then go into the edit mode for both of these and copy/paste the edit list into a spreadsheet program like Excel. You could create your graph from there. Or print the graphs from MFP and compare side by side.
Do you have a fitbit? It compares many stats or you can export using xls or csv format to graph yourself.
But, I'm not a computer expert, so maybe someone else has a better way.0 -
Thanks for those tips! I have a Fitbit but it's a really old one so I don't think it does all of the features you described. I will export to excel and see what I can do there. I'm not super techy either so hopefully I can figure it out!0
