I'm a night shift nurse so my eating and exercise is at odd times. I'm working towards losing 60 pounds. If you want a new support buddy feel free to add me :)

    I am trying to lose 50lbs. I am a student and have 2 jobs. It is easy for me just to say "I'm too tired" I'd like to work on building a support community. How are you ladies trying to lose the weight? Mostly diet? Mostly exercise? Both?

    I have noticed that diet alone does not work for me. I have to work out and eat well. I don't really diet I just track what I eat and watch how much. If I want chocolate I eat chocolate but just a little.
