Okay I need a little help here I want to take some vitamins to make sure my body is getting what it needs

so I am already taking
fish oil, vitamin d,and a prenatal (because I am trying to get pregnant but that is another story)
I feel tired a lot and I don't seem to have enough energy . I am trying to eat better so I know that will help with the energy

I was thinking of maybe taking Green first or something like that

  • If you want to up your energy, vitamin B12 can definitely help. It's even better to take a vitamin B-complex supplement that has various B vitamins in there to help metabolism and food digestion. And remember to drink lots and lots of water. It was said that most people that suffer from tiredness throughout their day were dehydrated.

Would you happen to be anemic? I used to take an iron supplement and remember being so tired. Eating well and keeping active has really helped and I no longer take the supplement. There are days I still feel a little sluggish and try to eat lean beef or other foods high in iron. I think being dehydrated can also slow you down a bit. Keep up the hard work and I wish you all the best trying for baby.

I don't believe I am anemic. I don't feel run down all the time.
