Advice on losing weight

Hey I'm Terence. I currently weight about 190 and want to get down to 170 as of right now. Any advice for foods and excercises? I many want to loose my belly that has grown to become big.

Hey Terence, I would suggest to cut down on sugar, salty foods and reduce carb intake. Eat more lean protein, drink lots of water, eat more fruits and vegetables. Don't go cold turkey because most people will just binge after. You could lose a few pounds just by doing that alone. I would start on any cardio machine like the bike, elliptical, or treadmill. try to do some core workout every other day. Planks, side planks, sit-ups, and reverse crunches is a good way to start core workout. Feel free to add me as well. Cheers.0
