A little confused with the calorie tracker

Right, so I try to eat 1 meal a day with white potatoes. I prepare them by: Slicing them into 3-4mm thick slices, boiling to part cook them, then I put them in my air fryer for 15 minutes to leave them crisp a little.
I usually weigh 200g of potato slices before I start boiling them. On my food tracker I've always added them as "200g air fried chips" which come to around 220 calories. But I've noticed 200g of boiled/raw potatoes are both different calorie counts.
Should I be logging all food as what it is when I weigh it? E.g. 200g raw chicken, log as raw chicken opposed to 200g oven cooked chicken?
Thanks
Ryan

Yes, if you weigh the potatoes raw then log them as raw potatoes. It will make a big difference to your calorie count.0

Exactly... However it's weighed raw or cooked, should be how it's logged.0

I find that confusing to, but also I have noticed some things arent registered correctly for the calories and fat
you can alter things by clicking on the little blue nutritional information, there you have the option to change the product.
I think the calories are added via individuals, rather than MFP0 -
Weigh and log raw whenever possible to be the most accurate.0
