Oh wait after watching the video these are a little different... we lifted everything at once lol
...I can do this.. have to wait til i get home from work though
..We also lifted everything at once in martial arts... and when I teach the kids, i would actually roll left and continue flying, then roll right and continue flying....they get a kick out of it hahahah... Great abs and back work! Love those kids
