Lose (for) myself

I have always told myself I need to lose weight but my diet always start "tomorrow." I think it's about time I have to be serious with myself. I won't try to starve myself but instead, I will try to maintain my calories intake per day and regularly exercise (at least 3 times per week).

I just broke up with someone....and I have been trying so hard to get over that guy. I think the best way for me to move on is to feel better about myself. I should not feel like I am not good enough. I have to feel like I am more than enough for him. I know that it's shallow because there are more to it than looks (of course) but this is the least I can do to give myself a fresh start.

Let's fight together! we can do it!
