I don't follow or have I ever followed traditional meal times and I pretty much graze eat throughout the whole day...does anyone else do this? I can eat something small every hour ( not literally lol but you get the point!! )

Grubs are very high in protein and are an environmentally sustainable food source.

Not for me, but I salute your commitment!

Our birds pretty much live on seeds. I could get really fat on their diet!

Can we get a clearer definition on "looking like a bird"

is the goal to look like a bird?

or not look like a bird?

    and which bird??

The birds by my house are meh- most of them are mangy looking- and the ones on teh beach are fat fat fat.

    Need more details.

To be fair, my bone structure tends to give me a wee wren-like look. I'm fighting the good fight with gelato and heavy weights (I need to write a diet book: PROFIT). Bird boned old ladies break all manner of bones, I need to shore these up before I hit the menopauses.

What I really want to know is, what do I eat so that I can FLY? Because, seriously, we've been below zero for a few weeks here, and I'm ready for some serious migration.

Birds can generally eat up to their own body weights in one day. I'm not so sure I should do that. :)

I'm not completely sure what you're asking, but however you want to approach your eating schedule is fine. Given the same number of calories over the course of the day, eating 20 meals will get you the same result as eating 1 meal.

Not sure about the birds though. Have you seen that movie?
