I know three cups of air dried popcorn is under 100 calories but how do you measure it out and know how much to use to get three cups worth of the stuff from the kernels?

According to the USDA Foods List, three cups of air-popped popcorn is 24g and 93 kcals. Approximately 2 tablespoons of kernels weigh 24g. When popped, the kernels will lose a little moisture weight. So I would estimate that 2 Tbsp of kernels will yield less than 100 kcals.

If you're popping it on your own in an air popper, I'd recommend measuring the unpopped kernels and logging them as unpopped. I use Jolly Time Yellow Kernels, they're in the database with a lot of other brands, I'm sure.
