    Being "only 5'2" " is actually a good thing when it comes to lifts like the deadlift. Quite simply, you don't have to lift the bar as far as somebody like me (5'9") does.

    That said, breaking 250 is a rockin' pull. Kudos!

    Plus, I have long arms. I am pretty much built for this. My goal is 300+ by August. B)
