What good low carb low calorie products do u buy I have just started serchibg out good ones

    Nuts. I know almonds are the top suggestion but I prefer peanuts

    Have you tried protein shakes? I've tried Trutein a couple of times and it's delicious. Low calories and carbs, moderate protein. Good stuff.
