Getting enough protein

Hi,
I just started a 28 day cleanse (gluten, alchohol, processed food free) and am having a hard time getting enough protein. I also am a forever weight loss program, trying to drop those last stubborn 20 lbs. Any ideas?

My idea would be to ditch the 28-day cleanse. It's a fad and the body doesn't need a "cleanse." Your kidneys and liver cleanse your body daily.0
