    I'm not all year round vegan but I am going to be trying vegan for the first time for Orthodox Lent. I will be doing a fast twice a year. If you don't mind adding me I'd love to be friends.

    Been vegan 3 years and have never looked back. Lost a lot of weight and felt so much healthier but slipped into vegan processed food habits and gained half a stone. Now back to to whole foods, grains, beans, pulses, fruit & veg etc

    I'm vegan too! I use the PCRM low fat vegan diet. I've been vegan for over a year but just started calorie counting.
