I want to lose 30lb

Hi, I've lost 13lb since the beginning of January 2015 and seem to have hit the limit of anymore weight loss. Has anyone got any tips to get the weight moving down again?!

I think re-evaluate what you're eating, check your portions. maybe try something new in your diet and also in your exercise. And, are you drinking enough?0

I'm on 1,700 calories a day and exercise 3 times a week burning on average 2,000 calories in total. I rarely go over my 1,700 allowance.0

You probably still need to think about changing your exercise as apparently our bodies get used to a certain level0
