Why doesn't strength training give you calories?

                    ...surely it must burn some? Just tried to log the kettle bell workout I did after my cardio today and i) kettlebell swings aren't even listed but ii) when I try to log it as something equivalent it doesn't give me any calories burnt?? Confused!

            It does if you log it under cardio rather than strength.0
