Best thing I learned about pizza is to get thin crust. We have a chain in Canada called Boston Pizza that recently updated their nutrition info on their website; it used to only list the info for regular, white crust, now they've added thin crust info. The comparison is unbelievable.
Regular meat lover's pizza: 220 calories/slice
Thin crust meat lover's pizza: 130 calories/slice
I mean damn, that's a 40% reduction! On a pizza with lighter toppings it can be a 50% reduction!0 -

I'm going to eat pizza next weekend for my birthday. Hoping I can eat 2 pieces, rather than 4 plus cheesebread. I'm going to do thin crust, although it's not quite the same.

100% true. Shifting to thin crust has allowed my pizza addiction to continue unabated while I lose weight.
